Every day, thousands of people drive, ride and fly between our cities with empty space beside them. Meanwhile parcels sit in depots, get sorted twice, and arrive days later. I think that's backwards. The fastest delivery network in Europe already exists. It's people. Nobody has built the trust layer to use it.

That's what packhorse is. We're starting on the Budapest to Vienna corridor with lockers on both ends, escrow on every parcel, and carriers who set their own price. Once it works here, the same model runs on every route people already travel: Budapest to Prague, Vienna to Munich, and eventually across Europe.
